About Us

Our head office is located in St Neots, Cambridgeshire but we have advisers covering the whole of the UK and can offer specialist help and advice on everything you need to know about making your own Will. We will also talk through your individual circumstances and help establish a plan to deal with such as issues as inheritance tax or wanting to place assets in trust.

Acacia Wills was established in 2007 by financial advisers who felt frustrated that they had to ask their clients if they had written Wills, but could not offer them the service themselves. They were sure that by dealing with financial services, Will writing and estate planning would mean they could provide the complete service to their clients and not lose control of the advice they were receiving. Referring the clients to people where the service they received was out of their control was something that worried them.

From this Acacia Wills was born. We believe that we can offer you the complete estate planning service for the following reasons;

  • EXPERIENCE – We have years of experience assisting clients to plan their estates, making sure your assets are distributed to loved ones and plan for when you may not be able to make decisions for yourself.
  • PROFESSIONAL – We have brought the professional practices used in financial services to Will writing to ensure the very highest level of professionalism when dealing with your estate planning matters. As many of our advisers are trained financial advisers and Will writers you can be sure of the best estate planning service.
  • QUALIFIED All of our advisers have the most rigorous of training, and the staff we employ to draft your documents are legally trained. Our service is regulated by the Society of Will Writers and our solicitors who work to draft your documents are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
